Goodbye, spreadsheets

Unlocking enterprise grade calibration

Enterprise customers like Lumileds and Wolt needed to calibrate ratings across departments, levels and regions. Our v1 couldn’t flex to their org structures. To bridge the gap during the initial launch, our internal People Partners had to resort to manual workarounds using spreadsheets and Slack. I led the redesign of calibration into a flexible system capable of supporting any organizational structure

Outcome
  • Reusable group model later leveraged by Compensation Management
  • Prototypes influenced API schema.
  • Co-led scope reduction for Milestone 2 to protect launch quality

Less paperwork, more progress

Curing review fatigue with AI

Managers spend 210 hours a year on performance tasks, over 5 weeks for a team of 10, while individuals lose days compiling metrics and writing peer reviews. To reduce this time tax, we added an integration into Slack and leveraged AI to distill peer feedback and draft evaluations. This freed teams to focus on meaningful reflection and growth.

Outcome

Post-launch surveys showed a significant reduction in self-reported time saved per cycle, with employees noting that the Slack integration made capturing continuous feedback effortless

Outcome

Improved buyer confidence and adopted as the base pattern for both mWeb and the Farfetch app

Connecting Back Office to the customer

Internal tools and the customer site ran as separate worlds, so the product page could only polish what it was handed. I mapped the tools each business unit used and ran a stakeholder workshop to tie content problems to customer pain points.

Outcome

The first joined-up view of Back Office tooling and customer pain points
